Our Chiefs Program allows any employee to create a CXO (Chief “Something” Officer) role that is outside of their daily client service role: Chief Outdoor Officer, Chief Green Officer, Chief Snack Officer, Chief Family Officer, Chief Wellness Officer, Chief Charity Officer, and more. We put real money behind this program—we budget $1 million a year to support our Chiefs firmwide.
