There’s a lot to do behind the scenes to keep a high-performing digital services organization running smoothly. That’s where Megan comes in. As second in command to our chief operating officer, Megan keeps a pulse on the needs of our client service teams and continuously improves the business processes that support them. She delivers on the firm’s mission and strategy and advises consulting and shared services leaders across our firm on strategic execution and operational efficiency and excellence.

Megan’s background as a consultant prepared her well for this role. Prior to focusing internally, she honed core skills in operations and complex program management, leading large-scale business transformation and merger integration/carve-out initiatives for clients. For example, she guided integration planning and application cutovers for the consolidation of two companies into a $1.4 billion manufacturer, and she managed a key workstream for a $60+ million benefits administration system implementation, transforming processes through new technology and training.

Since then, she has also helped build our Client Success function, launching firmwide processes for conducting engagement quality assurance and capturing Voice of the Customer feedback; serving as transaction management office lead for several acquisitions; and helping establish a centralized resource management function.

Megan has been a part of West Monroe since graduating college. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a certified Project Management Professional.

What makes Megan different

A new mom, she enjoys watching each new stage of her daughter’s development. In 2014, she took a six-month sabbatical for personal travel—bringing her total to more than 30 countries. She was one of West Monroe’s first remote employees.

Where Megan makes an impact

She helped establish West Monroe’s Fischer Global Service Fellowship program in 2013 and continues to provide oversight and guidance for it today.

Outside of her day-to-day activities, Megan enjoys finding ways to build the next generation of leaders through leadership development and other programs. She is a recipient of West Monroe’s Sequoia Award for mentoring.
