Kevin’s attention to detail and considerable experience make him a perfect partner for clients looking to assess and implement middle office solutions like Salesforce CPQ. He leads our CPQ capability within CX nationally and has been working with the sales tool since before it was acquired by Salesforce in 2015. 

That kind of experience has allowed him to lead implementations across multiple industries for dozens of clients, guiding them through maximizing the value of CPQ through improved pricing strategies, business processes, and administration and maintenance. 

Kevin prioritizes the customer and user experience when considering overall business goals to optimize sales processes for higher value sales and improved customer experience. He’s calm under pressure and creates a solid team atmosphere by creating fun t-shirts for his teams to memorialize projects. 

Prior to joining West Monroe, Kevin was a senior consultant at Etherios. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and four Salesforce certifications. 

What makes Kevin different

Kevin enjoys playing hockey – he was a two-time ACHA national champion at the University of Illinois – and golf, and also enjoys working on home improvement projects.
