Managing Director Energy & Utilities Dallas

If there’s one lesson Glen likes to impart from more than three decades of consulting with Fortune 500 oil and gas, utility, and manufacturing companies, it’s this: The least expensive way to add shareholder value is through the use of analytics.

He has seen businesses transformed through analytics with multiple millions of dollars in value and cost savings. He recently designed an asset performance center for a major California investor-owned utility, utilizing a “digital twin” concept for monitoring asset performance.

How to put the right information in the hands of the right people to make the right decisions is consistently on Glen’s mind. He has applied his broad experience to bring analytic frameworks and big data solutions to companies worldwide—helping them cut through all the market noise to get the most value from information assets. Over the course of his career, he has implemented numerous successful analytics strategies and programs, information management programs, software systems, and risk management strategies.

Glen joined West Monroe in 2024. Previously, he led the analytics business practice for BRIDGE Energy Group, which became part of Accenture in 2019.

What makes Glen different

When he’s not diving deep into analytics challenges with his clients, Glen enjoys golf, swimming, music, and traveling. He has visited six of seven continents through both business and leisure travel. He’s also an avid wine collector and aspires to be an amateur chef. In fact, he recently built a large outdoor kitchen for entertaining.

Where Glen makes an impact
