Erin’s spirited, customized approach to change management has guided many high-stakes strategic corporate initiatives to success. For example, she led an insurer’s claims function through the second attempt in four years to implement a document management system for compliance audit requirements. Through creative communication, effective engagement, successful “super user” programs, training, and a peer-to-peer network that included the CEO, her work led to 98% adoption within 30 days of the launch.

She thrives on fast-paced situations that call for intuitive leadership and is proud of the strong, trusted relationships she has built over her career.

She started her career fundraising for both causes and candidates—including campus engagement lead for a presidential campaign and fundraising manager for a congressional campaign. These colorful environments taught her the power of thoughtful collaboration, the art of graceful tenacity, and the ability to handle the inevitable delicate situations that arise out of large change initiatives.

Erin was a founding member of 71 & Change, now part of West Monroe. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and is certified in Prosci.

What makes Erin different

Erin loves photography and especially taking portraits. She lives among a big, wonderful extended family in the Seattle area and enjoys watching her many nieces and nephews become accomplished young adults. When not at home, Erin may be soaking up extraordinary sunsets on a Kihei beach in Maui.

Where Erin makes an impact

She is an active and passionate thought leader in the change management community, having been part of a team that founded the first US chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals in the Pacific Northwest. She was a board member and architect of the first four regional change management conferences and draws huge energy from growing and nurturing change practitioners.

She was also a fundraising lead and event co-chair for Northwest Hope & Healing, a Seattle-based nonprofit that supports women facing economic hardships due to breast or gynecologic cancers.
