Healthcare operating models are evolving rapidly – and executives must make sure their operations are fit for the purpose intended and well aligned with strategic goals. That’s where Elizabeth comes in. She’s devoted her career to guiding health systems through complex transformation – all the way to tangible results. She has worked with executives of multiple East and West Coast academic medical centers, leading efforts to redesign the operating model and support organization structure – including people, processes, information flows, and digital/tech infrastructure.

Elizabeth provides strategic guidance to healthcare leaders in a range of areas: corporate and operational strategy, organizational strategic design, health equity strategy and operationalization, product and service line design and launch, M&A strategy and execution, strategic transformation, contracting and renegotiation strategy, and operational performance improvement.

Before joining West Monroe in 2023, she was a principal with Oliver Wyman in New York. She earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in systems engineering and management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

What makes Elizabeth different

When she isn’t delivering impact for her healthcare clients, Elizabeth enjoys family time – with her husband, Luke, and daughter – traveling, yoga, and reading. You may also find her at the amusement park in her Pennsylvania hometown of Hershey because she loves its great rollercoasters! She has completed more than 20 triathlons, with her most prized being the Thailand 70.3.

Where Elizabeth makes an impact

She is passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders and has spent many years involved with employee resource group initiatives that support this. As a member of The Collective (of Health Justice Champions), she works with her national, cross-disciplinary team to imagine a new wellness ecosystem designed to honor the dignity of those who work within it and those who seek its help.
