David is a Senior Manager in West Monroe’s Operations Excellence practice, who specializes in human capital management (“HCM”), HR issues in M&A activity, business transformation and overall project management. David has deep experience advising on human capital related issues participating in over 400 buy/sell side transactions for strategic and private equity buyers/sellers, spanning pre- and post-close due diligence, separation, stand-up, and integration analyses for complex, global deals.
Prior to joining West Monroe, David was a Manager with Ernst and Young’s People Advisory Services team, leading the HR team in a transformation project for a 12,000 employee global chemicals manufacturer. Leading up to that, David helped create and manage the project management office (“PMO”) during the three-way split of an $85 billion multi-national aerospace and technology company, directing 13 HR workstreams, contracts, programs, processes, and systems/technology for 205,000 employees located in 180 countries. David also spearheaded the organization and tracking of the hiring of +1,000 back office employees for the respective business units across all functions.
Previously in his career, David worked in New York for Alvarez and Marsal and Mercer Consulting. David holds a MBA in finance from the University of Denver.

David is an avid outdoorsman on the weekends, involving himself in hiking, trail running, camping, canoeing and other outdoor activities.
