Andrew provides experienced M&A leadership, from strategy to diligence to planning to execution. He serves as an engagement lead for manufacturing and distribution transactions and specializes in technology transformation engagements related to ERP, CRM, and QMS. He has supported more than 100 transactions across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, and service companies.

He is particularly skilled in determining functional requirements and specifications for complex environments, and he backs that up with large-scale program and project management experience. This background means he can adeptly support clients across the full M&A lifecycle, from providing transaction advice to executing carve-outs and integrating operations following a merger. His current and past clients represent a wide range of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, and services.

Andrew joined West Monroe from GE Healthcare where he led the global IT M&A team focused on divestitures, acquisitions, joint ventures, and rooftop consolidations driving transactions from due diligence through integration and separation. He also led many of GE Healthcare’s global ERP deployments for newly purchases businesses during his tenure. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and management information systems from Creighton University. 

What makes Andrew different

He played Major League Soccer for several years and won the MLS Cup in 2008 with the Columbus Crew. These days, you may find him coaching his kids in soccer or enjoying the outdoors with his family.

Where Andrew makes an impact

He has experience leading global teams and working extensively in other countries, including China and Singapore, as well as across Europe. When not working to achieve his client's goals, Andrew is an active member and volunteer at his local church and serves as a mentor and coach for a local high school soccer team.
