Mazen Ghalayini is a senior director and leads West Monroe's Customer Experience practice firm-wide. Mazen is a creative and collaborative leader with more than 15 years of business advisory and management experience.
Mazen’s career has been focused on helping his clients on the journey to become customer-centric organizations, to create more effective, profitable and engaged customer experiences; while empowering and enabling their employees to deliver these differentiated experiences. Mazen’s background includes facilitating visioning sessions with executives to create actionable strategies and roadmaps as well as leading global high performing teams of 100+ people through complex multi-year, multi-million dollar business and technology transformation programs, spanning the front office to the back office.
Through all the business and technology initiatives Mazen has led, he has been keenly in tune with the people and organizational change implications and has guided his clients through complex change transitions.
While Mazen has had exposure to a number of industries throughout his career including Healthcare and Energy & Utilities, Mazen has focused much of his career working in the financial services vertical with Banks, Credit Unions, and Investment Management firms (Asset, Wealth, Private Equity).
Mazen received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
