He also has experience working with clients to apply West Monroe’s proprietary Rapid Analytics Platform to accelerate their use of new analytics capabilities.
An accomplished project manager with a reputation for leading high-performing teams, Eric has guided a wide array of projects – ranging from IT strategy assessments to multi-year transformational initiatives – to successful completion. In addition to managing the project, he supported development of the client’s overall data strategy and design of the data model, ETL architecture, reporting architecture, and EDW solution architecture.
Over the course of his career, Eric has gained broad industry experience by working with organizations in the healthcare, private equity, retail, entertainment, manufacturing, food production and testing, and other sectors.
Eric joined West Monroe in 2010 from Paradigm Corporation, for which he was the lead business intelligence developer. Previously, he worked in the Information Management practice (formerly known as Knightsbridge Solutions) of Hewlett-Packard Consulting, where he focused on large-scale EDW solutions.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
