Nathan Beu provides expertise and leadership for pre-deal IT and infrastructure due diligence, complex mergers and acquisitions, technology implementation programs, and IT operational process improvement projects.
Over the course of his career, Nathan has worked with organizations in a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing and distribution. For example, he has led a core banking system implementation for a financial institution and created an incidence and request management solution for a mid-sized regional bank. He also served as the IT lead for a private equity firm that acquired and integrated two healthcare companies. Recently he led the IT infrastructure work stream for the merger of two large security services firms as well as planned the infrastructure carve-out of a laboratory from a large New York based hospital. His experience includes IT strategy and transformation, infrastructure assessments and pre-close due diligence, post-close execution management, and IT security incident response. An adept program and project manager with integration and separation management office experience, he has a strong track record for effective resource, budget, and risk management.
Prior to joining West Monroe Partners in 2012, Nathan served in multiple roles for First American Bank in Chicago, including leading and managing the bank’s infrastructure and IT security team.
Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
