Thirty-person, Seattle-based Consultancy Specializes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Intelligence Solutions
West Monroe Partners acquires Madrona Solutions Group, a Seattle-based consulting firm focused on delivering customer relationship management and business intelligence solutions to  mid-market and enterprise-sized clients.

Seattle, WA – West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced the addition of Madrona Solutions Group, a Seattle-based consulting firm focused on delivering customer relationship management and business intelligence solutions to  mid-market and enterprise-sized clients.

Madrona’s team of 23 people in Seattle and six in Raleigh, North Carolina, will officially become part of West Monroe Partners on January 1, 2014. Madrona Solutions Group executives Brian Paulen (Seattle), Jeff Finken (Raleigh), Scott Kostojohn (Seattle), and Rod Achtmann-Mendoza (Seattle) have been named directors within West Monroe Partners and will help to expand the firm’s West Coast and East Coast leadership teams.

Madrona Solutions Group personnel in Seattle have joined West Monroe Partners’ Seattle office. Opened in 2005, the Seattle office serves more than 40 clients in key industries, including banking, private equity, insurance, utilities, and healthcare. With the addition of Madrona Solutions Group, the Seattle office now numbers more than 60 people. West Monroe Partners’ Seattle office has earned several workplace accolades, including recognition from Seattle Business magazine as one of the “Best Companies to Work For—Headquartered Outside of Washington” for the past three years.

In addition, West Monroe Partners is entering the Raleigh, North Carolina market through this acquisition.  “We believe Raleigh, with its high tech, high growth market will become an important technology hub for West Monroe clients on the East Coast – not unlike Seattle on the West Coast” said Tom Bolger.  West Monroe will retain the current Madrona Solutions Group office in Raleigh, North Carolina, now under the West Monroe brand, with intent of growing the office significantly as the firm expands on the East Coast.
