From equipping the world’s largest food distributor to realize greater value from technology to helping the world’s most admired technology brand bring learning and connectedness to its stores, Jonathan’s work has contributed to hundreds of millions of dollars in new revenue.
He partners with companies to solve mission-critical challenges at the intersection of digital innovation and process transformation. His specialty is product creation—bringing innovative ideas to life that allow companies to stay nimble in our changing world.
He has used the same skills to succeed as an entrepreneur. He has co-founded an award-winning digital agency and a leading Salesforce development firm. For the latter, he played a critical role in driving growth that led to its acquisition by a global consultancy.
Jonathan joined West Monroe in 2024 from Dialexa, a digital product development company for which he was a partner and Chicago market leader. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Indiana University.
What makes Jonathan different
There are few days when Jonathan’s not near Lake Michigan, often on his bicycle. He ran track in college and loves keeping up with the sport all these years later. He also enjoys hosting people at his home for costume and karaoke parties.
Jonathan’s not afraid of new challenges. There’s probably no better example that than the time he delivered one of his children in a hospital lobby.
Where Jonathan makes an impact
He is committed to serving people and making Chicago a better and more vibrant place. He is on the board of the YWCA of Metro Chicago, supporting its mission to eliminate racism and empower women. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Chicago Cosmopolitan, Economic Club of Chicago, and University Club of Chicago. He volunteers with several organizations that share his passion for creating equitable tech opportunities. In 2022, Jonathan was recognized by Crain’s Chicago as a Notable Black Leader and Executive.
