Carol doesn’t just have an aptitude for data and analytics. She has an innate curiosity for understanding how data, reporting, and analytics solutions can create tangible business impact—and that means greater value for her clients. She recently implemented a data and reporting platform at a top-15 insurance brokerage, providing operational reporting and analytics for more than $700 million of revenue. She also led a team that developed a data model and reports that pinpointed more than $8 million in incremental revenue opportunity through upselling.
She has formulated data strategies and delivered data management, analytics, and digital solutions for clients in an array of industries. She credits her ability to create value not just to analytical skills but also the ability to remain well-organized amid complexity, communicate effectively during challenging conversations, solve problems creatively, and find new ways to work as a collaborative team.
She was the integration manager for West Monroe’s acquisition of Two Six Capital and its proprietary AI- and machine learning-enabled technology and capabilities for projecting revenue drivers.
She joined West Monroe in 2014 after earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northern Illinois University.
What makes Carol different
Having lived in the Chicago area most of her life, Carol enjoys any opportunity to travel and explore the culture and cuisine of new destinations – she hopes to one day visit all 50 states. She enjoys Orangetheory workouts, hiking, skiing, baking, and trying new restaurants.
Where Carol makes an impact
One of her passions is building the next generation of women leaders. She headed our Women’s Leadership Network nationally for three years, guiding its transition to an employee resource group and growing membership and value for West Monroe. She is now the network’s executive sponsor in Chicago. She is also an active volunteer and food sorter with the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
