Jordan Sternlieb is a director in West Monroe Partners’ Banking practice. He has more than 10 years of business consulting and technology experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, Jordan has focused on merger integration, change management, operational effectiveness, and program management within banks. Currently, Jordan is also playing a key leadership role in building the Los Angeles office and expanding West Monroe Partners’ West Coast footprint.
While at West Monroe Partners, Jordan has managed projects for top 10 US banks, major regional banks, and large credit unions, leading teams of business consultants and deep technologists to drive business goals. He has extensive experience in operations, treasury management, payments, customer onboarding and product implementations. Most recently, he led a program at a top 10 US bank to review the bank’s domestic and international treasury management support models, identifying opportunities to provide an integrated and enhanced implementation and service experience for the bank’s customers.
Prior to joining West Monroe Partners, Jordan worked for CAST Management Consultants where he was a leader on the integration of two top US banks. He played a pivotal role on the Customer Conversion work stream, leading a team of resources responsible for overall customer integration readiness. He also served as a project manager supporting a strategic software integration project at a $90 billion US bank. He was a leader on the project’s Process Design track where he led a team responsible for designing the post-implementation processes to include straight through processing and minimal adverse customer impact.
Jordan is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). He graduated from Georgetown University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in international business and finance.
