Noah Fletcher is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners' Operations Excellence practice in Seattle. He has more than 12 years of experience applying deep finance, operations and technology expertise to drive transformational initiatives across a wide range of industries.

Noah Fletcher applies a strong balance of business consulting and technology experience to help clients design systems, processes and technologies that deliver operational and financial benefits, today and in the future. Over the course of his career, he has worked with companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, insurance, financial services, energy and utilities, software, and not-for-profit enterprises. 

Noah’s blend of project management skills, strong financial acumen, and a deep analytical mindset enable him to complete projects under tight deadlines and with high client satisfaction. In addition to program management, business model optimization, and financial analysis experience, Noah has extensive experience in business case development, enterprise system selection and implementation, operational efficiency analysis, and strategy development. He has worked with clients to conduct IT quality assessments, implement business intelligence and analytics solutions, develop IT and business process transformations plans, and create smart grid business cases. 

Noah joined West Monroe Partners from Washington Mutual Inc., where he acted as a senior financial analyst. In this role, he was responsible for planning and leading a process improvement project to reduce maintenance time and ensure integrity of management reporting for the institution’s retail banking organization. A member of the bank’s Chairman’s Leadership Challenge team, he worked closely with senior executives to develop recommendations for developing a productivity mindset. 

Noah graduated from the honors college at Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. He has a Six-Sigma equivalent certification and a certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX Financials.
