Sanket Dave


Sanket Dave is a senior architect in West Monroe Partners’ Advanced Analytics practice, based in Chicago. He has more than 12 years of experience helping companies achieve business goals through practical and creative business intelligence and other technology solutions.


Sanket Dave is an accomplished architect and consultant who blends strong business acumen with technical expertise to help clients enhance their intelligence and decision-support capabilities and realize an array of other benefits: faster processing, greater processing accuracy, more efficient and timely access to data, improved forecasting accuracy, and more. He has led large-scale, complex initiatives, such as designing an implementing an enterprise-wide data warehouse that integrates data from and serves multiple functions of a well-known higher education institution.

Sanket also has led design and development of many custom solutions that perform functions such as operational trend analysis, financial reporting, profitability analysis, and cost analysis. He holds multiple Microsoft and other certifications and is proficient in a wide array of database, presentation, data transformation, data modeling, and other technologies.

His experience spans many industries, including higher education, energy and utilities, healthcare, retail, professional services, logistics, and software.

Sanket joined West Monroe Partners in 2016 from Project Leadership Associates Inc., for which he was a senior managing consultant responsible for leading teams to design and implement technology-enabled solutions that helped clients improve intelligence and reporting and achieve other goals. Previously, he was a business intelligence consultant with Globaltek Inc. and a member of the firm’s Business Objects Technology mentor team.

Sanket earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration degree with majors in Management & Strategy, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also completed the Graduate Business Intelligence Certificate Program at Southern Methodist University.
