“As consultants, we are first and foremost experts in our crafts, it’s our expertise and our thinking that adds value for our clients,” said Mazen Ghalayini, leader of the Chicago office’s Customer Experience practice. “You will be hard pressed to find someone that is a deeper contact center operations and Customer Experience enablement expert than Cindy. But her depth of expertise is only the beginning of the value Cindy regularly brings to her clients.”

“I am incredibly honored to receive this prestigious award and to have the support of West Monroe to nominate me,” said Garrett. “Since I joined the firm, I have enjoyed the blend of client delivery, building the High Performance Contact Center practice, developing and mentoring high performing teams, and developing strong relationships with the clients I partner with every day. I am honored to be recognized along with the other women that have demonstrated that women can have a very successful and rewarding consulting career.”

Cindy was honored with a Client Service Award on Nov. 17 at Consulting magazine’s 10th annual Women Leaders in Consulting Gala Awards Dinner at The St. Regis New York.  Consulting magazine is set to profile Garrett and the other “Women Leaders in Consulting” in its December 2016 issue.
