West Monroe named in Forrester Digital Business Transformation Accelerators Report

You can’t go far today without hearing the word digital. It’s a broad and often confusing word – digital means something a little different to everyone. What we do know is that it’s critical to think about how your business should be shifting in the digital world. We often talk to clients that need our help tackling broad digital issues – how to think about it, where to start, what’s next, what’s the ROI, and how to keep up with the increasing pace of change. Digital transformation is bigger than ever.

To help answer a few of those questions, Forrester has released “Now Tech: Digital Business Transformation Accelerators, Q4 2018” published today. The goal of the report is to educate CIOs and chief digital officers of the value from digital transformation accelerators and to provide key vendor resources and capabilities. Forrester defines digital business transformation accelerators as:

Service providers with capabilities to research markets, shape effective digital transformation strategy, accelerate the build and test of prototype digital products using proven IP, integrate and scale the products in target markets, and successfully guide the necessary changes to continuously transform the business.

By using accelerators, companies can increase the speed in which they get to market, see financial outcomes, and gain market share from competitors. Within the report, West Monroe was cited as a small vendor (companies with under $2B in annual revenue) for digital business transformation acceleration. Capabilities highlighted for West Monroe include strategy and innovation, and operational transformation. We are honored to be included in one of the top reports covering digital transformation.

West Monroe will continue to focus on helping clients navigate the challenges that come from digital and share what we learn and best practices along the way.
