Whether she’s enabling water utilities to leverage analytics or helping them enhance their brand in the communities they serve, Tricia’s work results in tangible value for her clients – for example,  one of Tricia’s water clients increased their collected revenue more than $3M within six months of implementing her recommendations, a revenue increase of nearly 14%. 

Tricia is passionate about helping the water industry modernize to address challenges such as water scarcity, rate pressure, affordability, aging infrastructure, and changing customer expectations. She uses her change management skills and project management expertise to help some of the country’s largest and most respected water utilities transform their operations and customer service.  

Tricia graduated from Bradley University’s honors program with a double major in economics and Spanish. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certified, with additional certificates in ITIL Foundations (IT Service Management) and Disaster Management for Water & Wastewater Utilities. She is also a member of the American Water Works Association. 

What makes Tricia different

Tricia traveled to Nicaragua in 2015 through West Monroe’s Fischer Fellowship program to volunteer with EOS International, applying her consulting skills to increase clean water access in rural communities in northern Nicaragua. Tricia developed a water quality testing and education program and partnered with community leaders to install chlorination systems to treat water for 14,500 individuals. In 2020, Tricia was named one of Consulting’s Rising Stars of the Profession

Where Tricia makes an impact

Tricia co-leads West Monroe's Women's Leadership Network, an employee resource group that focuses on fostering an inclusive culture by enhancing professional development, retention, and recruitment of women. In this role, Tricia manages the leadership team and programming delivered to 450 women across seven offices.
