An accomplished growth strategist, Tom helps clients visualize and achieve top-line organic and inorganic growth, as well as bottom line EBITDA improvements through process improvement, technology strategy, organization optimization, supply chain transformation, and cost-to-serve analyses.
Tom also has extensive experience assisting strategic and financial buyers and sellers in all aspects of the M&A process from acquisition readiness and due diligence to post-close execution and operational improvement.
Having lived abroad in Argentina and Canada, Tom sees business challenges through a nuanced global perspective. As a recognized mentor having won WMP’s Sequoia Award, he is proud to play a key role in the development of our next generation of leaders.
Tom joined West Monroe from Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College and a master’s degree from the Carlson School of Management.
In his free time, Tom enjoys exploring food and wine with his wife and chasing after his three sons. Backcountry skiing and golf help him stay fit. Travel, music, and art refresh his soul.
Passionate about building community, Tom sits on two boards for non-profit organizations for underserved education populations and on the alumni board of The Blake School in Minneapolis.
