When your organization is undergoing transformational change, Shannon is the trusted advisor you want in your corner. She understands the importance of striking a balance between people, process and technology to provide clients with lasting, sustainable solutions.  

Shannon has experience in strategic planning, organizational alignment, process improvement and portfolio and program management. Most recently, managed a Business Transformation Office effort driving a 5-year, $500M strategic effort. Her team stood up three execution portfolios touching 20+ strategic initiatives , impacting people, process and technology at a massive scale.  

Prior to joining West Monroe, Shannon worked at Hitachi Consulting. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University, and her MBA from Willamette’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management.

What makes Shannon different

Shannon is committed and hard-working—which shows up in her work managing one of West Monroe’s largest clients for more than two years, as well as in her personal life. She is a lifelong competitive soccer player and Seahawks fan. When she’s not at home in Seattle with her fiancé and dog Rosie, she enjoys traveling—ask her about bungee-jumping in New Zealand.

Shannon embodies our mission to build the next generation of leaders. As someone with experience serving on multi-year engagements, she co-leads an internal effort to build a toolset to support other consultants on long-term projects. She is an active participant with the Seattle Lean-In Chapter and volunteers with United Way of King County.
