Leveraging his own background in the service industry, Scott brings a unique client-experience-focused perspective. He provides a human-centric approach, meaning his technological solutions are easy to use and make your employees’ lives easier.

His fundamental understanding of what it’s like to be on the front lines means he brings software solutions that have a high adoption rate and allow workers to meet the commitments they made to your clients.

Scott came to West Monroe when we acquired Etherios in 2015. He has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and completed the Leadership Academy at Yale University of Management.

What makes Scott different

Scott, his partner Tom, and their dog Colby take advantage of living in Chicago. They attend concerts, cycle throughout the city, and get to as many Broadway shows that tour through the area as possible.

Where Scott makes an impact

Scott is a co-founder of WMPride, the LGBTQ+ employee resource group at West Monroe. Through the program, he encourages his colleagues to bring their whole selves to work. He takes pride in mentoring his team and those he advises, taking great satisfaction when he sees them grow and move forward in their careers. You can expect to find him smiling and laughing with his team throughout the day.
