Ron Scully

Ron brings decades of experience helping companies transform their operations with lean, digital solutions. He recently implemented IT infrastructure operational efficiencies at a $2 billion global manufacturing company. The result was a reduction in annual costs by 70%, a reduction in support effort by 60% and a scalable architecture that provided the foundation to begin the company’s digital transformation journey.

With the cross-functional discipline that gives Ron a unique skillset, he brings passion and thoroughness to his work that helps him garner demonstrable results for his clients.

Ron joined the West Monroe team after nearly 16 years at Littelfuse, where he was the director of Global IT Architecture. He has a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and a master’s degree from DePaul University.

Ron isn’t just thorough in the work he delivers to his clients. His drive has led him to run and complete three marathons. He and his wife have two daughters and a son, and reside in the northwestern Chicago suburb of Elgin, Illinois.

Ron is a member of the St. Edwards Booster Club, as the League of Extraordinary Guys and Gals, a loose-knit informal society of business professionals who gather periodically for camaraderie in an effort to make the Chicago business community a more hospitable place.
