As an experienced and practiced consultant, Paul works with an array of clients to facilitate transformational security initiatives that protect their data, operations, and customers. He helps strategic and financial buyers identify cybersecurity risk and investments during diligence so they can be incorporated into investment models and help avoid becoming the next news headline.

Paul is the technical leader for West Monroe’s broad suite of merger and acquisition cyber security offerings. He also heads up our proprietary Threat Hunting platform, an active cyber defense program.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Paul was a program manager with Microsoft and a participant in multiple product releases. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom and is a CISSP and a PCI Professional (PCIP).

Paul began his career with roles at Abbott Laboratories, Bond Technologies, and Katten Muchin Rosenman, where his programming and infrastructure capabilities led to an increasing focus on security, identity, software design, and architecture.

Where Paul makes an impact

In addition to his work with private equity and strategic buyers who are involved in investments and acquisitions, Paul has been involved more than a hundred of technolog y and IT due diligence projects across a wide range of industries, including software and technology, security services, healthcare, and financial services. He also supports post-transaction security risk mitigation planning and execution.
