Nick has more than 35 years of experience as a senior-level strategist, line manager, and digital business leader for global organizations. He has a track record for bridging business, customer, technology/data, and organizational perspectives to drive rapid and sustainable Digital Transformation. He recently developed the digital strategy and road map for the execution of an enterprise-wide Digital Transformation program for a major bank. The result was a forecasted revenue increase of $25 million and cost savings of more than $8 million over a two-year period.
Nick is a leader who believes in pushing his people to think beyond their current perspective, and push to the next level of competence to achieve their personal career aspirations.
Nick joined West Monroe in 2018 from Publicis Sapient, where he was the managing director of digital business transformation. He has a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College.
What makes Nicholas different
Nick’s drive to be the best extends beyond his client work. He is an avid runner who finished fifth in the Pike’s Peak Marathon, which goes up Pike’s Peak in Colorado, gaining 8,000 feet in elevation and finishing at the 14,000-foot summit. Nick lives with his wife in New Vernon, New Jersey, while their son attends Cornell University.
