Change is always demanding – particularly the type taking place in the utility industry, where transformational modernization programs require every part of the organization to seamlessly integrate and work in new ways. This is where Mike steps in. He strategically launches complex modernization initiatives and meticulously keeps them on track and primed to deliver operational efficiency and performance benefits.

Over the past decade, he has honed essential skills for managing complex programs and change in a way that keeps all eyes focused on value. This includes seasoned experience and a practical approach to delivering advanced technology programs with an emphasis on program leadership and project management, strategy and business case development, process design, system and business integration, change management, and financial management.

A former West Monroe intern, Mike has been a part of the firm since earning a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional.

What makes Mike different

He enjoys being outdoors – whether that is playing with his two sons, running, or hiking. He has hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Closer to home, he and his wife (a former West Monroe employee) enjoy the Morton Arboretum for family hikes.

In addition to managing complex transformations within utility operations, Mike also understands the importance of engaging utility employees and customers in change. He has helped clients advance their modernization programs through clear, strategic, and pragmatic organizational change management.
