Maureen partners with C-level executives to define plans for migration to intelligent grid infrastructures, operational efficiencies and cost take out initiatives. As part of this process, she creates business specifications for enhancements through Lean and Lean Six Sigma capabilities. Due to her passion for Lean, Maureen has developed a Kaizen capability that has helped a client recover achieve $600K in annual savings due to ineffective process performance.
Driven by a commitment to service improvement and a focus on relationship building, Maureen is passionate about cultivating the next generation of West Monroe leaders.
Prior to joining our team, Maureen was a digital transformation process architect at Virtustream, a cloud software and services provider. She has a bachelor’s degree from Berry College and possesses advanced certifications in Business Relationship Management, Lean, Lean Six Sigma and ITIL. She is one of two individuals who has earned Master of Business Relationship (MBRM) certification.

When she’s not developing strategic roadmaps for the digital utility of the future, Maureen enjoys spending time with her husband and children and walking her dog, Jack. Eternally curious about other cultures, Maureen is always planning her next international journey.
Where Maureen makes an impact
Philanthropic and service-oriented, Maureen founded a scholarship program for citizens of Haiti wishing to pursue an occupational therapy degree. She serves as board president for the (Chicago) South Loop Campus Ministry. She is also working with a team sponsored by the Business Relationship Management Institute to develop a methodology that highlights how positive relationships can inspire value.
