Mark helped a fortune 20 healthcare payer develop a holistic digital strategy that resulted in an investment in a new offering in their digital programs that drove more than $10 million in value.
A natural storyteller, Mark loves to help people communicate complex topics. He’s a ruthless prioritizer and likes to reimagine how things could work to make a bigger impact.
Mark joined West Monroe in 2019 in its acquisition of GoKart Labs, where he was an account and delivery executive during his seven years with the organization. He has a bachelor’s degree from The College of St. Scholastica.
