Maria helps her clients successfully manage change by providing a deep understanding of the impacts and risks from a people perspective. This means listening to her clients and assessing change through multiple lenses. One value metric that Maria consistently meets for her clients is the measurement of change effectiveness and adoption success, with consistent scores of 90% or higher.
Maria brings an expertise and passion for Organizational Change Management (OCM). As a natural extension, she also engages actively in coaching and mentoring both fellow consultants and clients.
Maria joined West Monroe in 2016 from The Knowledgent Group, a data and analytics consultancy. Prior to that, Maria was a senior director at The College Board and Keane, Inc focused on strategy and delivery of business and technology services.. She has a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.
Maria enjoys applying the OCM lenses and people impacts to all aspects of her life. This includes activities like apartment hunting with her husband in Manhattan, hosting culinary events, and planning trips where they have time to submerse themselves in the local culture.
Maria keeps busy as a member of several nonprofits and associations. She is the president of the board of trustees of St. Sava Cathedral in New York City, and is president for the Metro New York ACMP Chapter. She is also a member of Ellevate, Women in Technology, and PMI.
