Lee applies deep expertise in CRM (for the Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics platforms) and data management and analytics to solve an array of client challenges. Working with a non-traditional lender, he implemented loan operation efficiencies that enabled 80% growth over one year.

Known for his undeniable presence, boundless energy, and signature booming laugh, Lee leads teams and projects with a passion for learning and an unwavering commitment to client success. He takes enormous pride his team’s work product and finds deep satisfaction in developing our next generation of leaders.

Lee joined West Monroe through its acquisition of Madrona Solutions Group, a CRM and business intelligence consultancy. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Greenwich and a master’s degree from the University of Liverpool.

Lee is a loving husband and father, soccer fanatic, car fixer upper, enthusiastic amateur mixologist, and former crime profiler. You will never see him happier than when he is cheering for his two daughters as they practice karate and compete in roller derby.
