Kyle is a business builder with more than 20 years of experience advising world-class brands in both a management consulting and digital agency capacity. Translating market signals into compelling customer experience strategies, he leads the research, design, and implementation of programs that drive game-changing “in-market” results.
Before joining West Monroe, Kyle was partner and director of strategy at Ascentium (now SMITH), a digital experience agency. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, received post-graduate accreditation in strategic marketing from the University of Chicago, and studied at Université Paris Sorbonne.
