For example, he redesigned and implemented a data-driven patient engagement program that delivered a four-fold increase in patient adherence and significantly improved patient adoption of a remote monitoring device.
Throughout his 20+ year career in life sciences, he has leveraged roles with leading pharmaceutical companies, top healthcare advertising agencies, and innovative world-class consulting organizations to develop a deep understanding of customers, clinical trial recruitment optimization, and commercial marketing effectiveness.
Today, he focuses his experience and expertise on helping clients elevate their “Patient-Centricity” mindset and maximize the value realized by patients, HCPs, and the organization.

He joined West Monroe from Deloitte Digital, where he co-led life sciences industry efforts to create mobile solutions, powered by analytics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Purdue University.
He likes exploring Chicago by bike and trying out new recipes from Cook's Illustrated Test Kitchen to serve to family and friends. He also has an appetite for travel – the more adventurous the better. He has crawled on his hands and knees to the Pharaohs Khufu tomb inside the Great Pyramid of Giza. He also spent a day admiring the Taj Mahal. His two college-age children attend the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
