Ken has more than three decades of experience in the financial services world, both as a senior leader with a top 10 US financial institution and as a management consultant serving clients globally. His deep knowledge of this rapidly transforming industry and his ability to guide clients to harness value from technology has helped him drive the expansion of West Monroe’s capabilities—Ken has been instrumental in developing multidisciplinary offerings for banks and credit unions with our customer experience practice. As a dedicated mentor and people developer, Ken also finds fulfillment in sharing his expertise with the firm’s emerging leaders to support them on their career journey.
He joined West Monroe from CAST Management Consultants where he was a director specializing in a variety of finance verticals. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
Ken founded the Los Angeles office in 2014, serving dozens of clients across Southern California. Ken is proud of the exceptional, people-first culture he has built alongside the other members of the LA office.
