A world-class HR executive, Kelly oversees West Monroe’s approach to attracting and building a diverse team of the best and brightest business-savvy consultants and deep technology specialists. She leads our talent acquisition team, responsible for more than 300 hires annually, fueling our 30% year-over-year growth. This includes our campus, experienced, and executive-level hires.
Working directly with firm leadership, Kelly develops and drives talent acquisition best practices, projects future skill and capability requirements, and spearheads the evolution of our recruiting strategies and tools. Kelly also guides efforts to attract talented professionals who share the firm’s values and are ideally suited to work in an award-winning collaborative people-first culture.
Kelly is passionate about building our next generation of leaders, promoting our employee value proposition, and being a strong brand ambassador of the firm. She takes pride in mentoring and developing others as well as championing our commitment to inclusion and diversity.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Kelly was managing director of talent acquisition for United Airlines, overseeing operational and corporate roles globally. She has a bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College.
What makes Kelly different
Kelly finds enjoyment in cooking, biking along Chicago’s lakefront, yoga, and traveling. While living and working in Paris, she learned to speak fluent French.
Where Kelly makes an impact
Always looking to add value and create opportunities for others, Kelly serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of the University Club of Chicago (UCC). She is also a member of STAR (Society of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment) Chicago Chapter and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), as well as serving on several local not-for-profit organizations, including Friends of Prentice of Northwestern Hospital (FOP) and Friends of Conservation (FOC).
