An experienced strategy, technology, and client services executive, Joshua drives enterprise transformation through the business processes optimization, digital enablement, and technology implementation.
Blending deep technology skills with a background in financial services operational, IT and regulatory compliance, Joshua help clients identify opportunities for growth, formulate plans, implement new systems, analyze data and metrics, drive the execution of key objectives, develop products, and solve problems.
Joshua’s broad project portfolio includes commercial lending and credit administration operating model assessments, determining digital strategy and roadmaps for mid-market banks, the development of a Bank Security Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) knowledge management tool, and automating processes for supporting 314(a) FinCEN requirements.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Joshua was a director with CAST Management Consultants. He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo.
