Incredible possibilities come into focus with John leading your organization’s transformation initiative. He led a transformation program for an energy and utilities services company that identified benefits of $125 million (NPV) over five years.

John has worked with organizations for more than 35 years across a wide range of sectors to design and implement successful technology-enabled business solutions. A strategic, blue-sky thinker, John invites his teams and clients to dream big. He built our New York OpEx team out to 16 consultants over four years and has plans to continue that growth into the future.

John joined West Monroe from BearingPoint United Kingdom, where he led the Technology consulting team. He has authored papers on the role of technology in transforming payments and the evolving use of social media in the customer purchase lifecycle.

What makes John different

John takes refuge in music both by listening to it and making it himself. He was once a member of a street band in England playing djembe drums. John also has a bold adventurous side that led him to hike to the snow line of Vulcan Cotopaxi in Ecuador (15,945 feet).

Where John makes an impact

John served on the board of Good Works, a home repair ministry in Chester County, Pennsylvania. He is still a work crew leader, dedicating one Saturday a month to fixing up homes for those in need.
