John’s attention to detail and ability to develop relationships with his clients helps improve operations and processes and allows them to serve their customers more effectively. John recently led a multiyear effort to transition legacy labor planning and scheduling to a dynamic, activity-based workforce management program that led to the redistribution of nearly 25% annual labor hours.
John’s core skills are in labor planning, forecasting, modeling, and analytics, as well as Lean process improvement and workforce management.
Currently on his second stint with West Monroe, John spent some time at Accenture as a manager in the Operations Workforce Optimization practice. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida.
What makes John different
Though he’s lived in six states, he currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. John, his wife, and their three young children – all of whom have names that start with J – enjoy the great weather their city has to offer. He landscapes, golfs, and coaches his kids’ soccer team in his spare time.
Where John makes an impact
John enjoys using his skills to give back to his community. He helps out the Special Olympics of North Carolina with logistics and venue management for their annual games.
