Joel is recognized as a leader who works with clients to help them plan and manage complex projects to solve for some of their most pressing needs. He has partnered with clients to grow and increase their profitability through a range of projects, ranging from continuous improvement to technology implementations, to mergers and acquisitions.
Joel has worked with clients to identify up to 30% reductions in the lead time of critical value streams for banks’ clients such as loan originations – without implementing new technology. He also has worked with clients to implement new technology solutions to increase the throughput of some processes such as loan boarding/booking by up to 10x. Joel has helped managed clients’ acquisitions from due diligence through integration execution, leading to 15%-plus in annual synergies, both from a revenue and operating expense perspective.
