Jeff’s problem-solving draws on his proven experience with the supply chain planning process, including business and system analytics, process analysis and improvement, organization design and change, and software selection and systems development. He is a creative and resourceful leader, a passionate technologist, and an insightful facilitator who helps clients achieve consensus on complex challenges.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Jeff was a senior solutions architect at Logility. Earlier in his career, he also ran his own firm, Esenberg, Inc., providing supply chain advisory services to clients around the world. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago. He holds a certificate in project management from DePaul University and is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional.
Jeff expresses his creativity in his free time through photography, writing, and cooking. He also enjoys traveling to Bears road games. An interesting factoid from Jeff’s past: In college, as a Psychology major, he had a job conducting psychological experiments on people.
Utilizing his deep expertise in solution strategy and architecture, Jeff implemented a sales and operation planning process that enabled a client to reduce working capital by $14 million in one year.
