Every day, Jeff brings to his team and clients a singular focus on the opportunity to change the healthcare landscape by creating a healthier and smarter healthcare organization—and by doing so, a more engaged, informed, and empowered healthcare consumer.
His unique blend of competencies—including healthcare and benefits consulting, product development, marketing, analytics, digital operations and platforms, channel management, and strategic alliances – enables him to deliver tangible impact. For example, he has guided multiple operational transformation, automation, and quality improvement initiatives for the largest healthcare payers, generating more than $200 million in savings over five years.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Jeff spent more than 20 years in roles across the healthcare ecosystem, working with payers, providers, consumers, and employers. He holds a degree in healthcare planning administration and marketing from Penn State.
Jeff enjoys fly fishing, hiking, snowboarding and spending time with family and friends in some of the extraordinary places he has called home: Jackson Hole, Salt Lake City, Manhattan, and Charleston, SC.
At home today in Dallas, Jeff’s miniature Australian Shepherd rules the roost. He appreciates the city’s wonderful blend of ethnicity, food, cultures, as well as the efforts of historians, business pioneers, museums, and multi-generational leaders who have preserved its history.
He has served with the Literacy Volunteers of America in multiple states, mostly tutoring adults who are learning to read and write.
He is a regular speaker who shares his perspectives with professional communities on topics such as consumerism in healthcare, business process management, and digital operations and platforms.
