Jeff relocated to Dallas to be a member of the local leadership team, start an Operations Excellence practice, and continue in his existing firmwide nCino leadership role. He has already built a local OpEx team of 13 people focusing on productivity and organizational change management.

He specializes in driving change that helps make new technology successful. Always relishing variety, new challenges, and opportunities to develop the next generation of leaders, Jeff understands what it takes for projects and teams to succeed: The people who are impacted by change need to want it, understand it, and be ready to embrace it.

He joined West Monroe in 2014 from Accenture, where he was a senior manager and certified solution architect and delivery lead. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University and a master’s degree from Northern Illinois University.

What makes Jeff different

Jeff, his wife, and their twin daughters relocated to Southlake in 2017 and are enjoying the weather and the Texas culture. He enjoys golfing as much as he can and attending his daughters’ swim meets.

Where Jeff makes an impact

A former Division I golfer, Jeff is a board member of The First Tee of Fort Worth, a youth development organization that impacts young people by providing educational programs that build character and instill life-enhancing values through golf.
