With a unique combination of financial, business, management, and technology experience, Deric leads teams focused on IT strategy and transformation, financial reporting, back-office process improvement, ERP software implementation, and project health assessments. He also created West Monroe’s corporate financial management center of excellence.
Deric’s ability to shake up the status quo as a seasoned, capable consultant was evident in his progression of a small ERP assessment project into a multi-year platform transformation program.
An energetic leader and mentor, Deric empowers others to learn, grow and achieve. His positive attitude is both uplifting and contagious.
Deric joined West Monroe from Emtec, where he helped clients improve business processes, select and upgrade enterprise software, develop project business cases, integrate data, and improve reporting. He has a bachelor’s degree from Winona State University.

A veteran, husband and father, Deric enjoys family time, watching his son compete in lacrosse, and traveling. He also stays fit and re-energizes by running and working out.
Where Deric makes an impact
Deric is a board member and Treasurer of the Northfield (MN) High School Lacrosse Boosters and an adult volunteer with his local 4H club.
