Dennis is a director and leader of the firm’s Consumer & Industrial Products practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in helping consumer and industrial products companies –ranging from startups to the Fortune 500 – achieve strategic growth and P&L transformation, with particular expertise in Industry 4.0, supply chain operations, commercial excellence, and product development.
Dennis has a proven track record of creating measurable results. For example, he led the integration of two companies which ultimately improved revenue by 35%, EBITDA by 38%, and cost of goods sold (COGs) by 16%.
Dennis joined West Monroe in 2018 after standing as vice president and head of industrials practice at Hitachi Consulting Corporation. He has both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dennis, his wife, and his two sons split their time between Knoxville, Tennessee, and Appleton, Wisconsin, and both locations give them the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors. Working with clients to help them achieve innovative and new levels of performance is what Dennis enjoys most about consulting. In his personal time Dennis practices martial arts with his sons and holds black belts in Kung Fu and Tae Kwon Do.
His skill for building projects from the ground up doesn’t end with clients. Dennis and his wife co-founded an animal rescue called Saving PAWS in 2002 in their backyard. Now, the operation is self-funded and has won awards for the best animal rescue in Wisconsin multiple times. Dennis also is a member of the University of Wisconsin School of Business Board, the Operational Excellence Society, Strategy Consulting Network, and iSixSigma Network.
