An experienced change agent, Corie delivers transformative solutions that renew organizational focus and competitiveness. She has led several Portfolio and Program Management Office maturity assessments for mid-sized to large companies in the healthcare and insurance industries.
Corie is adept at establishing effective program and project management capabilities, including PMOs that oversee processes ranging from demand management and resource capacity planning to project financial management, risk and issues management, and project execution.
Corie is a strong leader who is vested in the growth and success of all consultants while offering specific mentoring and guidance for issues facing women consultants. She leads the Operations Excellence Portfolio & Program Management (PPM) team, responsible for the creation and execution of innovative offerings for our client’s biggest pain points. In addition, she is an active Steering Committee member for the creation of WMP’s first Program Leadership Center of Excellence, focused on idea-sharing, mentorship, and building our next generation of program managers.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Corie was a consultant with NTT DATA Americas. She has a bachelor’s degree from Loras College and a master’s degree from Elmhurst College.
A wife and mother, Corie enjoys running, being outdoors, cooking, playing the piano, reading, and spending time with her family.
Corie is a coach and mentor with Girls on the Run, promoting girl empowerment through running.
