Developing a strategy and roadmap for transforming a healthcare provider’s patient experience resulting in $3.8 million in cost savings is an example of how Cindy creates real impact. She also helped the nation’s largest diagnostic imaging company improve customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs, improving contact center KPIs from a minimum of 35% to better than 90%.

Cindy leads our contact center practice, overseeing delivery of innovative strategies that elevate performance. She is skilled at driving change, developing competitive differentiation, and implementing cost-effective solutions while enhancing customer experience. Cindy is also deeply committed to developing our next generation of leaders.

Prior to joining our team, Cindy was responsible for national customer service and claims operations for a large healthcare payer. She also led many strategic customer care initiatives and service delivery projects.

Cindy has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Cindy’s focus and intensity serve her well on the tennis court, where she has played on a United States Tennis Association team for 30 years.

Where Cindy makes an impact

Cindy is the vice chairman of the board for Boys Hope Girls Hope (BHGH) of Colorado. BHGH helps academically motivated middle and high school students rise above disadvantaged backgrounds to earn a high school diploma, entry into college, and a college degree through mentoring, tutoring, and scholarship.
