A high-energy senior leader with extensive experience working at companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 organizations, Chuck brings over 20 years of experience leading complex programs in the areas of sales, service and marketing automation processes leveraging the Salesforce platform.

Chuck takes great pride partnering with our clients on their strategic projects to drive value within their organizations. Eager to share knowledge with and inspire others, he makes time to provide mentoring and guidance to the next generation of West Monroe consultants.

Chuck joined West Monroe through its acquisition of Etherios, a CRM consulting firm, where he was part of the leadership team. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

In his free time, Chuck enjoys a range of outdoor activities and spending time with his wife, two children, and two Wheaten Terriers.

Where Chuck makes an impact

Chuck creates a positive impact in his local community by mentoring students in a business incubator program at a high school near his home in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
