Chuck applies years of strategic consulting experience to critical client transformation projects for a range of companies from early growth to multinational enterprises. He has specialized in IT transformations related to the adoption of public and private cloud technologies. In helping companies plan and migrate to a cloud infrastructure, he is also helping them positively impact their bottom line by identifying total cost savings of up to 10% over a five-year model.

With his experience in building and leading successful teams from both client project and practice perspectives, Chuck knows that leadership is a privilege and not a right. He believes our people are our biggest asset and does his best to be approachable and understanding.

Chuck joined West Monroe in 2016 from Forsythe Solutions Group, where he was vice president of Forsythe Consulting. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.

What makes Chuck different

Chuck is married with two children, which has given him time to perfect his world-class dad jokes. The family lives with their dog, Sydney, and cat, Rico, in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. A world traveler, in one of his most memorable trips, Chuck hiked the Perito Moreno glacier on the southern tip of Argentina.

As a strong supporter of many nonprofit organizations, Chuck is involved in the JDRF, Feed My Starving Children, Boy Scouts of America, and local animal rescues.
