Chris unlocks value by improving workforce productivity. He Identified $75 million in annual labor savings at a top ten global logistics provider and then led process improvement, technology, and management effectiveness projects across its network to deliver the savings.
His areas of expertise include process design, work measurement, and technology-driven labor management solutions such as operational planning, engineered labor standards, and performance management. He also is the product manager for our discrete labor management system (LMS) software, FLEXdlsTM.
He has a proven track record of implementing comprehensive workforce management programs in the transportation and warehousing, food and consumer goods, and courier industries - in many cases, within workforce environments that require careful attention to communication and precise execution.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Chris worked in various engineering roles with United Parcel Service. He earned a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
His practical, collaborative approach to unlocking productivity and value blends engineering, technology acumen, and proven approaches to optimize labor and management effectiveness.
Outside of work, he has diverse hobbies: playing golf, biking, running, landscaping, cooking, and – of course – Ohio State Buckeye football.
He is passionate about building effective teams and enabling the growth of team members.
He contributes to the advancement of his specialty as a member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE).
