Chris Caulfield

Chris is the firmwide leader of West Monroe's Financial Services practice. He is an accomplished financial services consultant with expertise in turning around underperforming operational units, implementing sales and relationship management programs, and driving enterprise transformation.

Chris has led the design and implementation of workflow and imaging systems, operationalized business and regulatory needs into actionable enhancements, optimized channel usage and digital sales, improved credit approval/underwriting processes, and delivered change management solutions.

As a leader at West Monroe, Chris strives to create balance between strategic and tactical focus while fostering a culture of achievement, accountability, and enthusiasm.

Chris joined West Monroe through our acquisition of CAST Management Consultants, where he was a partner and executive vice president. Chris has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Certified Treasury Professional.

What makes Chris different

Chris met his wife when he was 14 years old. Today they are parents to two girls and enjoy spending time together as a family. In his free time, Chris takes advantage of California’s wealth of recreational opportunities, including biking, snowboarding, and traveling.

Chris is a board member and chairs the Innovation Committee of Volunteers of America Los Angeles (VOALA), a non-profit services organization that is committed to serving people in need, strengthening families, and building communities.
